This program is recommended for workout partners or small groups that already have experience in working out and are looking for an extra push to reach their goal. If you’ve been working out for a few months or years and are looking to learn new things or want a trainer to push you harder than this is the program for you. Unlike the personal training it is a bit more cost effective as opposed to one on one but if you have never worked out, we highly recommend you start off with one on one training to help you develop better workout habits and proper form.
